This study is interested in the modulatory effect of
Methylphenidate in attention deficit hyperactivity
disorder. A dynamic causal model analysis was applied to
investigated the effective connectivity within default
mode network in resting state. Our preliminary study
revealed that the causal connectivity is altered by the
dose of MPH, in which the inhibitory link from RIPL to
MPFC is significantly enhanced.
