Rectal Cancer Neoadjuvant Therapy Assessment with Quantitative Diffusion Imaging ?

To determine if quantitative diffusion imaging can assess response to neoadjuvant therapy (NAT) in advanced rectal cancer. TSET2 and Diffusion images were obtained at 3T pre-and-post NAT, Response to NAT was given by Dworak pathologic tumor regression grade.
