Sixteen
mice bearing grafted fibrosarcoma were treated with electrotransfer without
(E), after a low (B) and a high (HB) dose of bleomycin.Volume, ADC and T2 of
tumors were measured before and after treatment. Bleomycin induced a volume
decrease depending on the dose. ADC reached a maximum at 24 and 10 hrs for B
and HB group respectively. T2 was increased during a few hours after
application of electric field in the three groups.
