In
this abstract, we compared dynamic first-pass enhancement properties of
gadoxetic acid with that of gadopentetate dimeglumine in the patients with
HCC. Gadoxetic acid-enhanced MRI showed more rapid wash-out of HCC, stronger
enhancement of hepatic parenchyma, and weaker enhancement of vessels than the
standard Gd-chelate enhanced MRI.
