The
goal of this study was to evaluate a non-invasive magnetic resonance imaging
method of fat quantification as a measure of yellow bone marrow in the pelvis
and spine. This is a new technology that will enable monitoring of response
to therapy and assessment of the effectiveness of strategies to reduce
hematology toxicity.
