For
pediatric imaging, accompanying scan, in which an accompanying person wearing
an RF shield coat is in the magnet with the child, was examined. Although
there are two problems, peripheral nerve stimulation and SNR reduction, this
technique is proved to be a feasible solution to avoid risks in pediatric
imaging.
