rTSE
hybridizes the increased signal provided by the 180 refocusing RF pulses of
RARE and the better flow performance of the fully-refocused gradients and
phase alternation of balanced SSFP.
Here we demonstrate the feasibility of the rTSE sequence in a clinical
setting by acquiring angiograms via the rTSE sequence in patients scheduled
for peripheral runoff examinations and, in one patient, by comparing the rTSE
angiogram to a TOF angiogram.
