Alzheimers disease (AD) is the most common form of disabling cognitive impairment in older people. In the current study, we have evaluated the role of T1rho (T_1ρ) and CSF biomarker in early diagnosis of AD. The current study suggests the combined role of T_1ρ and CSF biomarkers in early and more specific diagnosis of AD.
