Alzheimers disease (AD) is the most common form of disabling cognitive impairment in older people. In the current study, we have evaluated the role of T1rho (T1ρ) and CSF biomarker in early diagnosis of AD. The current study suggests the combined role of T1ρ and CSF biomarkers in early and more specific diagnosis of AD.
