Flow Heterogeneity within Muscle of Calf, Forearm, and Foot using Continuous Arterial Spin Labeling,

Continuous Arterial Spin Labeling is applied at 3 Tesla to the measurement of regional blood flow in muscle of the forearm, foot, and calf. Heterogeneity of flow within various muscle groups is described along with repeatability of the approach and the potential application to physiologic and pathophysiologic study of microvascular flow in muscle.
