Assessment of mcDESPOT Precision Using Constrained Estimation

Multicomponent relaxation with steady state imaging (mcDESPOT) method is evaluated using both Monte Carlo simulations and CramrRao lower bound computations. The effects of the Gaussian contraction constrained estimation on the precision of the model are investigated.
