In Epithelial Ovarian Cancer, ADC_median demonstrates good repeatability at both primary and metastatic sites. After neoadjuvant chemotherapy, a differential increase in ADC_median at disease sites is seen despite similar tumor shrinkage. The negative correlation between ADC_median and tumor cell fraction after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and positive correlation between change in ADC_median and percentage necrosis, are driven primarily by changes in the peritoneal lesions.
