Imaging of dopamine autoreceptor activity is a brand new
concept. We took advantage of our recently established
noxiousness-evoked functional magnetic resonance imaging
(fMRI) paradigm for developing such technique. This
enables us to gain understanding about how D2
autoreceptor is affected in PD.
