Assessment of the Reproducibility of BOLD signal-based Hemodynamic MRI

Mapping of temporal delay in rs-fMRI signal is
potentially useful as a contrast agent-free hemodynamic
imaging. Our test-retest reliability study revealed that
time-lag, magnitude and maximum-Z maps all have higher
consistency than a functional connectivity map.
Particularly the striking day-to-day stability
encourages use of this technique for longitudinal
observation in patients.
