Renal Perfusion by ASL is Associated with GFR in Long-term Survivors of Wilms Tumor

ASL MRI was applied to investigate renal perfusion
irradiated and non-irradiated long-term survivors of
Wilms tumor and in healthy volunteers. Between
survivors no significant differences were observed in
cortical and medullary blood flow (CBF and MBF), and
glomerular filtration rate (GFR). MBF values of
survivors were significantly higher than those of
healthy volunteers. Normalized CBF and MBF were well
correlated with absolute GFR.
