Biopolymer Coated Gd2O3 Nanoparticles for MRI Contrast Agent

The surface modified Gd2O3 nanoparticles as an active ingredient has a higher relaxation rate compared to currently commercialized MRI contrast agent. The performance of nanoparticles for biomedical applications is highly dependent on the nature and quality of surface coating materials.
