48 patients underwent MR before and after 4 cycles neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC). The ADC value and the maximum diameter of the cancer foci were measured , and the rate of their changes SADC% and SD% were calculated. All the foci were divided into three groups with different Ki-67 index level.One-Way ANOVA was used to determine whether there were differences between the three groups. The result was that the ADC value and the maximal diameter of breast cancer differed with different expression levels of Ki-67 index before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and their response to NAC varied as well.
