The aim of this study was to assess the impact of different imaging protocols and field strengths on classification accuracy of texture analysis in differentiating four different grades of reticulated foam when imaged using MRI gradient-echo sequences. A high spatial resolution protocol with matched acquisition parameters was used at 1.5T and 3.0T and a high temporal resolution sequence (lower spatial resolution) also used at 3.0T.
