We
utilize a Fourier based method of quantifying the magnetic susceptibilities
of arbitrarily shaped objects with medium sizes in a phantom. The method uses
the phase images and an iterative 3D least-squares fitting algorithm. The
quantified susceptibility has an 11% uncertainty, which is due to the
pixelization (or systematic) error.
