A
new data acquisition and image reconstruction method for contrast enhanced
(CE) MRA is presented. It is based on Cartesian compressed sensing and
incorporates image prior knowledge embedded in the composite data set
obtained from time resolved data acquisition.
An acceleration factor that is comparable to that offered by HYPR has
been achieved with this new method, on a Cartesian grid.
