The
purpose of this study is to evaluate relationship between Tc-99m-GSA
scintigraphy and 3T-MRI using Gd-EOB-DTPA for quantitative liver function.
Nineteen patients with liver tumor were included in this study. There was
significant correlation between LHL15 and the increased ratio of signal
intensity at 4min (r=0.80, p<0.00005), and the increased ratio at 20 min
were also well correlated (r=0.67, p<0.0005). It could be possible to use
Gd-EOB-MRI for quantitative liver function as well as Tc-99m-GSA
scintigraphy.
