Functional
MRI and tractography are two non invasive methods to assess the relation of
and possible affection of eloquent cortical brain centers as well as white
matter tracts by brain tumors, in this study we show that adding functional
and tractography data to the conventional MR data modify the decision of
therapy aiming to avoid or minimize post operative deficit.
