By
using a multiparametric approach to investigate the in-vivo and ex-viso
characteristics of prostate cancer a better understanding of prostate cancer
aggressiveness and tumor staging can be realized. This radiological-pathological correlation
will assist in detection, localization, assessment of the tumor
microenvironment. Such a comprehensive approach offers more power to evaluate
prostate disease than any single measure alone.
