A
method combining an interleaved variable density (IVD) Cartesian acquisition
with a reconstruction that integrates HYPR and parallel imaging is applied to
peripheral run-off MRA. The method is
compared to conventional view sharing in normal volunteers, demonstrating
improved spatial resolution and temporal fidelity. Preliminary clinical results in patients
with peripheral vascular disease are also presented.
