Our
study, we research the properties of the NMR spectroscopy of the human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and non-stem
cells (EC109), in order to demonstrate that whether the 1.28ppm is unique for
the neural progenitor cells (NPCs). Meanwhile, we want to approach this
biomarker changes with adipogenic differentiationand to study the
relationship of the 1.28 ppm biomarker with mobile lipid droplets. In brief,
we found that the 1.28ppm also resides in MSCs, and this biomarker increased
remarkablely after 2 weeks adipogenic differentiation. In addition, this
biomarker is not just due to the lipid droplets in the cytoplasm. as the
previous studies advanced.
