The
decoupled proton NMR spectroscopy can effectively simplify the spectra and
improve the spectral resolution and sensitivity. In this abstract, two new
pulse sequences based on homonuclear and heteronulcear intermolecular
single-quantum coherences (iSQCs) were presented for high-resolution
decoupled spectra in inhomogeneous fields. The experimental results indicate
that the sequences are useful for obtaining high-resolution decoupled spectra
in modest to severe inhomogeneous fields.
