Consistent Automated Planning of Irregular ROIs for Intracranial MRA MIPs

MIPs of intracranial MRAs require definition of regions of interest (ROIs). Drawing ROIs manually can be tedious and error-prone. Alternatively, using automated segmentation to consistently define ROIs doesnt allow for user preferences about shape and position of ROIs.
