Despite recent advances in accelerated data acquisition and the availability of more parallel receiver channels, dynamic 3D imaging of large volumes remains challenging. In this work, an image based navigation approach is presented. In combination with the large coverage and the improved parallel imaging performance of a 32 channel coil, time-resolved 3D images of the complete liver during free breathing could be reconstructed.
