An inhomogeneity corrected spiral reconstruction is implemented and parallelized to run on a cluster of commercially available PC based computers. The parallelized implementation drastically reduces reconstruction time from hours to minutes, rendering time resolved 3D spiral MRA practical for routine clinical use.
