CE-MRA and PC-MRI were used to acquire lumen geometry and input and outflow flow as input to computational fluid dynamics models of patients with giant intracranial aneurysms. In vivo and in vitro phantom validation studies were performed to confirm the computational fluid dynamics predictions. This methodology was used to evaluate the relative merits of potential interventional treatments.
