A custom Field Drift Correction Unit (FDCU) was designed and built to compensate for temporal magnetic field drifts. The multi nuclei unit was designed to be interfaced to any spectrometer that has access to the real and imaginary outputs of a receiver as well as access to the Z0 shim drive. The results shown demonstrate that the unit is able to keep the magnet to within +/- 0.2 Hz of a reference scan even in the presence of a heat induced 28 Hz drift over a 30 minute period
