We describe the first use of Ferumoxytol as an MR
contrast agent for use in MR runoffs. In order to
minimize T2* effects, the agent must be diluted during
the dynamic arterial phases. When diluted, ferumoxytol
performs well as an alternative contrast agent in
patients with renal disease.
